Meet Chewy she is a sweet 2-3 year old Calico. She was found as a stray. She came up to one of our feral feeders thin, emaciated and starving. She caught the attention of our feeder by howling on a cold January Day where it was 12 degrees. She could not get to one of the feeding stations because the snow was so deep. Her condition concerned our feeder so she was put in a carrier and brought into foster care.
She got a clean bill of health. She is very sweet and so happy to be indoors and shows her gratitude to her foster daily. She is a small girl and needs to put on more weight.

Meet Parsley and Hermie
It’s been about 2 years since I rescued Hermie and Parsley. Parsley was a one-time very thin emaciated cat that was sweeter than sweet. Hermie I tried to trap several times due to the baseball sized hernia that was hanging from his belly. Hermie was frightened of movement, and noise.
A very nice man adopted Parsley and then adopted Hermie and recently he contacted me and told me that he was having financial difficulties and had to move in with a friend. He was not able to take the cats with him and wanted my help to find a shelter that would not “kill them.” Of course I told him I would take them back.
They really want to be adopted together and have a forever home of their own.If you would like to adopt Charlie please fill out a Cat Adoption form here: http://www.janinethebeanrescue.org/cat-adoption-form/
